Bedroom available

Before reading, anyone interested will have to have a background and credit check!

Looking for a roommate to take second bedroom. I currently use it as a computer room and storage but all of it can be moved. Room can be painted any color that isn?t too dark.
Sure a full size bed will fit fine. Queen size might by pushing it.
Normal size desk and computer with bookcase fit comfortably in room along side an unnecessarily large desk used by the person that currently live here.

Room is in an apartment on second floor of building. Apartment itself has balcony by front entrance off of living room.
Kitchen has dishwasher and electric stove. Keurig to share as well.
Living room has mirrored closet which is nice.

Pool for tenants during summer
Tennis court around building
Big park only minutes away
Shopping centers are 10-15 min away

I currently have two cats, boy and girl, 1 year old. They aren?t mean and are litter trained. The worst they?ve done is knock over a box of pizza... they can be beggars sometimes though.

Amtrak next to me. Nice for convenience but occasionally you feel and hear when the train comes and goes.
Gas station and grocery store only 2 minutes away. Very close. There?s an elementary school nearby down the road so the community is very safe.
