Hi! I renewed my lease for my current apartment but I' m going to be moving out of state! (That' s what I get for not procrastinating for once)
So after talking with the office if anyone is interested I do have a room! Campus Crossing on Brightside leases by the room (which is helpful if you don' t want to worry about roommates paying up when splitting your rent). The lease is for 1 year for a room with its own bathroom in a 3bd3bth apartment.
The lease starts August 1st, and the monthly rent is $475 and includes water, trash, and internet. The apartment comes pre-furnished along with an in-unit full-sized washer and dryer, and is also right next to the LSU and city bus stop. To sweeten the deal, I' ll even offer to cover the first month' s rent for you. If you' re interested, please feel free to reach out to me!
While the apartments do cater and market towards college students you do not need to be one to live here (I never was aha).
