Need new roomie by Aug 1st

(NOT AVAIL UNTIL AUG. 1ST)-I'm a SWF, 57, mobility impaired but independent, Gen Xer, non smoker, blue collar, empty nester. Looking for a new roomie to share my 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apt in Shawnee. I'm agnostic, talk like a Sailor and a truck driver had a baby, like movies and music, doing old lady stuff, my apt cold af, and looking homeless when I'm at home. Seeking chill, employed, adult individual as new roommate (Non smoker, no drugs, no cpls, no kids, no drama ) I have a cat, but request no more animals, as my cat will not get along with other pets. Room for rent is large master bedroom with en suite private, full bath and large walk in closet. There is an in-unit, full size washer and dryer, it is a ground floor apt with no stairs inside or out. Shared living room/dining room/kitchen. $850 a month, ( less than half ) covers rent and all utilities (water, sewer, trash, electric and internet ) Will schedule interview if you're interested.
