I am renting out rooms (2 available now and will update as it gets occupied) in a 3000 sq. ft. 4 bed 2.5 bath house.

The available bedrooms will be sharing a full bath (upstairs) and half bath (downstairs). All utilities included in rent with high speed internet and Netflix. Lease terms can be month-to-month rent that can be terminated by either side with 30-days notice. In a quiet neighborhood and plenty of street parking available.

$800 per room. Standard screening process of $50 (non-refundable). $500 deposit required (fully refundable). Prefer students or business professionals. No overnight guests. Sorry no pets.
