The original portion of the rent that I'm responsible for is $1125 a month. I'll be paying the difference to bring the rent down to $950 a month.

Looking for a responsible male or female to take over my portion of a lease at Hyde Square Apartment beginning July 20, 2019 and ending July 4, 2020.

This is a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment with a partition in the living space defining a third room. Has wood-style flooring, full-size washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances and updated fixtures.

There are two male professionals who will remain in the apartment.

The master bedroom is 132 square feet with an attached full bath and a walk-in closet. Please see floorplan C2 to see the layout at HydeSquares website.

Monthly rent is: $950 and roommates split utilities which is on average $80. The application fee is $45 and is non-refundable. The security deposit is $500. There is on site garage parking available for a fee or street parking nearby.

Amenities include state-of-the-art fitness and wellness center including a spin studio, sauna, spa and treatment room. There is also a business center with private workstations, printers and espresso. It also has a demonstration kitchen with private dining room, gaming tables and theater room.

It is 1 mile away from the Microsoft campus & is right off of SR520 and close to 4 bus lines.

I am only leaving because I am purchasing my own home. There is a possibility of moving in early if needed. I will be showing the apartment on weekend afternoons or during the week around 8pm.
