Per lease agreement, household is non-drinking (no alcohol allowed) and drug free (no pot or CBT allowed). Household values include consideration for others, respect for quiet, environmentalism for accurate, conscientious recycling/composting, and minimal meat consumption.

The bedroom itself is 10' x 14' - contains built-in desk and curtained closet. House is near D-line bus and Safeway, tenant can use front courtyard area. Semi-separate entrance. Minimal storage space is available besides closet.

Main shared room is 10 x 25 contains couch and TV, kitchenette. 3/4 bath (shower stall) New roommate must keep all shared areas tidy and NOT leave dirty dishes in the sink.

Utilities average $60/month in summer and $110/month in winter (electric heat).

I (homeowner) live upstairs. Some ceiling noise filters through.

First month's rent, last month's rent, plus deposit due prior to move-in. Tenant must pay for background / credit check.
