Looking for a chill guy to takeover lease..

I'm moving out of my room in a house near U of L at the end of October and need someone to take over my lease from October 30th- February 25. Rent is $550/pp including water.. electric and internet are separate and usually run about $75-100/mo.

My roommate is a chill 25 year old guy who works full-time Monday-Friday. He likes to work on motorcycles, play video games, cook and have a few people over on weekends for bon fires. He keeps things pretty quiet and is very respectful as a roommate. He has one cat that we joke is more like a dog and is very chill and also keeps to himself unless he wants food :)

We have a fenced in back yard on a corner lot with a covered porch, a small tiki hut that my roommate uses for tools and his bikes. We are very close to the highway making it convenient to get anywhere. Close to U of L, and tons of restaurants and stores!

There is laundry in the unit, 1 bathroom, and a small but cozy living room with a fireplace.

The available room is a really good size, id say 12x15? I can fit a queen bed on a frame, the square nightstand you see in the picture, another small nightstand, a bookshelf, a bench and STILL have plenty of room to move around(enough room to do yoga!) The room is located on the ground floor with ample closet space and additional storage in the attic or basement if needed.( note: this is a dirt floor basement).
