Private Suite, Stylish New Townhome near Red Rocks

I'm looking for a renter (preferably female) for the fully furnished private suite in my brand-new townhome. The suite includes a private bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a spare room which can be used for a home office, TV room, or second bedroom. The spare room is set up with a private kitchenette with mini fridge, coffee machine, and electric kettle so you can have easy access to the essentials. The entrance to the suite has a keyed door for extra privacy and security. Spaces you’ll share with me include a 2-car garage, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, washer/dryer, and an outdoor patio with a firepit, gas grill, and mountain view.

This location off of Morrison and Kipling is ideally situated between the city and the mountains, making it easy access to both civilization and recreation. There's a convenience store just across the street, and a selection of places to eat and drink within easy walking distance, as well as some nice parks and bike trails. My favorite spot nearby is a brewery in walking distance that has a different food truck every night, I highly recommend!
