Hi all! I am looking for someone to sublet my room hoping to move in ASAP - October 14. Located in the heart of Wicker Park and a 5 min walk from the Damen blue line, it’s a 3 bed 2 bath in the second story of a three story building. The lease ends May 31, 2025.
The two other male roommates are nice, fun and clean and the landlord is very kind and understanding as well. The bathroom is shared with one other roommate
The commute to the loop (Clark/Lake station via blue line) is only 20 minutes!
The room can be unfurnished but I am looking to sell my big pieces of furniture as well(bed frame, nightstand, mirror, standing desk, curtains)
