I am looking for a roommate or tenant to rent out my second bedroom! It has a walk-in closet, can fit a queen-size bed comfortably, a dresser, desk, etc. The bathroom has a full-size vanity and shower. This unit is updated - 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit plus a den. There is off-street parking available. I am pretty easygoing, 25 (f), work in tech, and teach yoga. If I am not working, I love going to the gym, the beach, or just hanging out. Looking for someone who is easy to get along with, open to being friends but we don't have to be, cleans up after themselves, prefers a drama-free environment, etc. No dogs please, but I would consider a cat.

The building is only a 5 min walk from the buses and train stations (red, yellow, purple lines), and right by the lakes/beaches. This is very close to Loyola and Northwestern (10 mins) and about a 25-30 min drive to downtown areas! The area is generally pretty peaceful, and the building is quiet.
