Large bedroom w/ bathroom and balcony in LP

Looking for a new male roommate starting March 01, 2025 in our large 4-bed, 4-bath in Lincoln Park/Lakeview. It's a great place and a steal for everything since you have a large bedroom with your own en-suite bathroom AND private deck for $1200 (+ utilities)

Here are some key features about our place:
- Large bedroom, large walk-in closet, your own bathroom, and your own private balcony - $1,200/month. I manage to fit a queen size bed and a desk in my room with no problem and lots of sunlight with large windows leading to the balcony.
- 2-floor apartment with two living rooms. Large furnished living room with a bar and kitchen. We currently have two fridges, a dishwasher, and in house washer/dryer. 
- Private deck shared with the other units (3 in total including ours), which can be used to host people
- You'll take over my lease until the end of May 2025, and you can renew it if desired

Location/Nearby Attractions
- On the border between Lakeview and Lincoln Park on West Diversey, which has a lot of nearby restaurants, cool bars, and gyms (LP Athletic Club is right across the street)
- Nearby grocery stores (10 mins to Trader Joe's, Target, and 15 minutes to Jewel and Mariano's)
- Walking distance to public transportation (right next to Diversey Brown/Purple Line L and can easily transfer to Red Line by going one stop over). Nearby buses are 8, 22, 36, 37, 74, 76). Super convenient if you work downtown and buses are great for going west which is often difficult living on North Side.  
- Parking: lots of street parking.
- Utilities: electricity and gas range from $50 - $100/person but this goes up because of the winter

Roommates
- We are a group of 3 fun and chill working professionals in mid-late 20s. Most of us work either remotely or hybrid, so we will be around the apartment during the day. We are looking for like-minded people in their mid 20's to 30's who are friendly, easygoing and clean.
