Hello! My name's Charlie and I will have a room available coming into the new year in La Grange, Illinois. It will be $1,000 a month with a $800 security deposit. Male roommate only, I'm 19 so preferably no one over 25. Details of the apartment... It's a two bedroom and one and a half bathroom apartment, along with a kitchen, dinning room, and living room. The dinning room, kitchen and living room are SHARED. ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED we can take turns paying for the internet or we can split it each month (I am okay with either) The main bathroom is all yours other than me neecing to use the shower There is a washer and dryer in the basement that everyone in the apartment it's $1.50 per wash and dry. expectations... I am a very tidy person who would like to share a living space with someone else who's tidy. We can share cooking supplies (pots and pans), but once you use them please clean them. Anywhere that is shared please clean up after yourself. If your room is messy that's okay. It's your space just try to clean it once a week.
