Room for Rent in Kenwood/Hyde Park Area

I am currently renting a large one bedroom apartment in Hyde Park that could be converted into a two bedroom--it has a bedroom, a large living room, a dining room, and a detached kitchen. It is large enough to convert either the dining room or the living room into a bedroom. The landlord is a friend of mine and is covering most utilities--we would just have to pay electric. He has confirmed that I can take on a roommate here, he has done it himself in the past.

The neighborhood is good and there is plenty of street parking--it would be perfect for someone who works or goes to school at UChicago or somewhere nearby. I've attached pictures from an old zillow listing--so the furnishing is not the same, but you can get a general idea of what the place looks like from the pictures.
