Hi everyone! I’m looking for a roommate preferably female to take over/be added to my current lease that is up in October 2025. The room available is the master bedroom , complete with your own bathroom connected to the room and a walk in closet. The apartment is in the second floor, has a balcony and washer and dryer included in unit. I am clean and quiet and looking for someone similar. I have 3 dogs that are well behaved and are almost always in my room with me and don’t wander the house freely. The apartment complex is off of Fairview and Curtis , close to the greenbelt and downtown Boise. Shared areas of the unit would be the living room and kitchen. Please let me know if you are interested!! Will consider 1 animal (preferably a cat) if it will work out with property management.
