I'm looking to rent a room out of my house to a male. The bathroom is shared on a lower level next to a 75-year-old veteran. It's 800 a month and you would have to pay first and last month's rent. All utilities are included.
The room is unfinished however there is a mini fridge and a futon and a little table that can be used if needed.
I asked that you clean up after yourself. The kitchen and laundry room are shared by residents. Please be respectful of others and what they do is their own business. The room has its own lock and key. No drugs, no problem drinkers. It is a safe and sober residence. Please be honest, respectful of others and pay your rent on time according to the rental addendum that would be signed if the room fits for you.
It is recommended that you have your own mini fridge to supply your own food there. The rest is already available in the kitchen For those that like to prep their own meals.
