Rooms for Rent in a Spacious Meridian Home

I have 3 rooms for rent. The house is just a few miles from Meridian Speedway and The Village. The neighborhood is very nice and is right off of Meridian Road, so there's quick and easy access to the interstate.

Room 1 is about 14x18 It has its own bathroom with shower. $1300 month with a 6 month lease or 1500 month to month. (Occupied)

Room 2 is about 10x12 and has lpv flooring. (Occupied)

Room 3 is about 10x10 and has carpet flooring.

Rooms 2 and 3 share a full bathroom. Each room is $800 a month with a 6 month lease or 1000 month to month.

Power, wifi, gas, water, and sewer are included. The price I've listed is what you pay. Each resident has a parking space for one vehicle and their own space in the pantry and fridge. There are a washer and dryer you'll have access to when they're not already in use. There are two living rooms.

This is strictly a drug, alcohol, and weapon free household. I'm looking for quiet, responsible roommates. I will do a background check, but a criminal record isn't necessarily disqualifying, and you'll still be considered. Adults only, no parties, no smoking inside the house, and no overnight visitors, please.

There is a $50 fee for the background check that will be applied to your first months rent.

About me: I am a combat veteran of Iraq and served in the USMC. I rent to all sorts of people but bought this house with the intention of renting to individuals who need to catch a break to put their lives back together because a kind person once did this for me. I understand the importance of a second chance. I am an entrepreneur, I run a business that cleans all sorts of contaminants using lasers. I enjoy the outdoors, motorsports, and playing the piano.
