The Clara Townhome Eagle

My name is Kyle! 27 years old and recently separated from the Navy a year ago. I’m currently in flight school until summer of 2024.

My childhood friend moved up here with me last August. Damian is 28, works in the server industry, and is waiting for his EMT paperwork to go through the state.

We’re big into fitness, golf, and generally living an active lifestyle. Him and I are currently living in a two bedroom unit here at The Clara and moving into the townhome unit March 25th. The room available is on the second floor next to the master bedroom. Entire home is furnished with the exception of the room you will be renting.

Damian and I are looking for a professional/grad student who is clean and picks up after themselves.

For anyone interested, we’d like to sit down and meet so we can get an idea of what you’re about. We can meet at the Lake House here at the Clara and show you around. This place has tons of amenities and it makes you feel as if you’re living at a resort

Rent is $1000. That includes all utilities and due at the end of each month.

Side note, I apologize for not having any photos of the room but I do have a video walkthrough of the entire townhome currently unfurnished. You can get a better idea of what the space will look like by going on the Clara’s website and doing the video walkthrough of the townhome unit.
