fitness center & pool are also on the property
Electric on average runs about $75/month for half.
I do have a dog-- and other dogs would be considered as my dog is socialized and friendly. Cats are okay too. My dog is cat-friendly and generally loves them.
The bathroom is shared, but bedroom is private.
I do WFH Mon-Fri, early am, and am generally rather quiet.
