Basement for rent!

During your stay here, you will be living in the basement. You will have access to a bathroom, laundry room, and your own cooking area at this location! We will, however, share the washer and dryer. Your room will come equipped with a microwave, mini oven, mini refrigerator, and a table/cabinet. We want you to have as much privacy as possible! When you wish to go outside and unwind, you can use the fire pit area in the backyard, which is accessible from the basement entrance. There are more patio chairs not shown in the image above. You will also get a garage spot in addition to all of this!

***The day before moving: First months rent, last months rent and the security deposit will be taken. The last months rent will be used for the last month and security deposit will be return if there’s no damage.***
