Room for rent in huge apartment overlooking NYC

When I saw the house posted a few years ago I have to admit I didn't believe it was real. It is almost 1900ft**2 overlooking NYC. Watching a movie on a 4K projector in the living room with NYC in the background is really the best way to watch a movie at home. The place has 3 bathrooms and 2 bedroom, you will have your own master bedroom, with private access to your own bathroom and a wall closet (unfurnished or furnished). Utilities are all included and the apartment has washing and drying machines. The kitchen is fully furnished with dish washer, oven, microwave oven, stove and the place has already everything you need to cook (pan set, cooking pots, silverware etc.). The living room is coming along, now there is a tv set, a 4k projector and a small couch.

Amenities include a self-service laundry room with washing and drying machines (you probably won't need it because the apartment has them already), a pool, an outdoor dining area with tables and benches, and a gym!

The building is less than 30 ft from a bus stop that will bring you directly into the city, walking distance from the Port Imperial (beautiful area to walk or run around) ferry that will take you to Midtown Manhattan in 8 minutes. Less than 15 minutes from Hoboken and less than 23 minutes from Central Park!
