I'm moving out of state and am subletting my 1 bedroom 1 bathroom in a luxury building right on the Hudson river in New Jersey. The bus to Manhattan/Port Authority picks up right outside my door (about a 25-minute ride), the ferry is steps away (6-minute ride to Manhattan) and there is direct access to the NJ Lightrail, which gives you quick and easy access to Hoboken, Jersey City, etc. This is truly a dream location, whether you work in Manhattan or spend most of your time in NJ.

This is a sublet from Feb 17, 2020 - July 28, 2020 (dates can be flexible) and is subject to credit approval by the building.

Rent is $1,950/month and includes:
- Building amenity fees + cable and internet
- A free parking spot in a covered garage
- Access to all amenities including gym, pool, game room, theater, indoor basketball court, etc.

- $1000 security deposit to be returned at move-out

Apartment can be either empty or semi-furnished, which could include a bed frame (no mattress) and a dresser in the bedroom, and a large sectional couch in living room. I'll be leaving all lamps behind as well.

Apartment is a great size for 1 or 2 people with a large living space and bedroom, walk in closet, and large bathroom. Kitchen has all appliances including a full-size stove/oven, dishwasher, and there is an in-unit washer and dryer. The building has a 24-hour concierge/doorman who will accept packages for you. The complex conveniently features a grocery store (Acme), Starbucks, dry cleaners, nail salon, and several restaurants. Also a quick drive (or lightrail ride) to Whole Foods. As mentioned, this building is right on the Hudson riverwalk and has fantastic views of the Upper West Side and Midtown.
