Room in 2 bedroom apartment available

The apartment's located in West New York, a couple of blocks away from groceries, CVS, and many other cafes and restaurants. The bus 156/159 stops at the corner, so commute to the City usually takes 20-25. Additionally, the walk to the Light Rail is about 5 min from the apartment, and the trains go to either Hoboken Terminal, Jersey City, or Port Imperial. I love living in the area because it is peaceful and it still offers a great variety of restaurants, cafes, and entertainment.

A little bit about the apartment:
1. The room is small but fits a full size bed and a dresser. It has a built in large closet already that?s pretty spacious.
2. The apartment is all furnished, your room is furnished partially.
3. Utilities are not included: $40 for Optimum, and $20-45 for electric-gas depending on the season (during the summer less).

A little bit about me: 26 years old male doing PhD at Stevens Institute of Technology. Pretty chill throughout the week, usually work from home, not really into bringing parties to the apartment

With my previous neighbors, we keep the apartment pretty clean. We take turns every week for cleaning, and it's been working great so far.
