Seeking a MALE housemate for vacancy in a 3 bedroom house share in Weehawken, NJ. The ideal candidate works full-time, is a non-smoker, and has no pets. 1 year lease is required.

The Residence - Located in The Shades neighborhood of Weehawken, the home is a large 3 level residence occupied by 3 permanent residents with ample room for guests. The basement contains washer and dryer free of charge, first floor is centrally air-conditioned and contains common areas, kitchen and dining room, and one guest room. The second floor contains 3 bedrooms and a 4th connecting common area. The third floor is mainly used for storage, but has two unoccupied rooms for guests and there are 3 full baths throughout. The vacant bedroom is a mid-sized room, partially furnished with two windows and a closet. If you own a car, there is ample street parking and an available driveway for an additional $100 in month.

The Neighborhood - The home is located on a very quiet street in Weehawken, NJ. Completely accessible by public transport, the neighborhood is ideal for someone who commutes in and out of NYC. Via bus, the residence is a 1 minute walk from the last NJ transit stop in NJ (Willow Avenue and 19th street) via the 126 and 119 buses and is a 10 minute commute into Port Authority or Midtown West via ferry. If you're based in NJ, the home is 5 minutes outside of Hoboken which is accessible via the 126 and 89 buses, or the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail is a 10 minute walk away with connections to Path trains. Also within walking distance is Trader Joe's and uptown Hoboken restaurants and bars.

The Roommates - Two professional males that have varying full-time schedules.

The Cost - The rent is $1,000 monthly, that includes all utilities and access to washer and dryer except cable and internet, which is $50 a month. If you would require full time use of the driveway, rent is $1,100 monthly. To move in, the landlord asks to sign a 1 year lease and first and last month's rent is due at signing.
