The apartment is a spacious 3bed/2bath with an extra room (used for storage/fitness/WFH), shared living room/kitchen, backyard space (just for the tenants in the building) and W/D in basement. It is located in the Grove Street area over by Van Vorst Park.  It is very centrally located to Downtown JC and within walking distance to the light rail, Grove Street Path, waterfront and Liberty State Park.  It was recently renovated and has new kitchen appliances/features (fridge, oven/stove, dishwasher).  There's ample street parking and the neighborhood is safe and quiet at night. 

The bedroom available is ~$1100/month (9'8"x11'9") and has a shared bathroom. Utilities (internet/gas/electricity) will be extra and are between $50-75/month/pp.

I work locally as a teacher and am originally from New Jersey. I enjoy hanging out with my friends/family on the weekends and exploring the local neighborhoods and NYC. During the week I like to cook, go for a walk/run in the park, catch up on my Netflix queue and occasionally enjoy a glass of wine.  Currently looking for one more roommate in their 20s-30s who is clean, mature, responsible and easygoing.  The current lease is up June 30 so I am looking to fill this vacancy before then for a new lease to begin on July 1.
