I really love this apartment so might renew the lease and then your lease can be extended longer but all depends on the increase.

It's a 2 Bedrooms/2 bathrooms apartment and the bedrooms are separated in the opposite sides of the living room and you don't hear the neighbors, it should provide a sense of privacy.

Your room is spacious 190 sft(118.5" x 227"), plus a walk-in closet and a private bathroom inside.

I can provide a bed(can show you a picture if interested), a dresser and a cafe table and a lamp if you would like or you're welcome to bring your own furnitures.

All utilities(water, hot water, heat, gas, electricity, sewage, wifi) are included.

The building has a small gym area on the lobby that can be used 24 hours.

I'm friendly, chilled and talkative but generally pretty private and tend to be hiding in my room. :)
My room is much smaller than your room, so might spend more time in living room and kitchen.
We're Kindle late night people(I often come home after 9pm and tend to cook late like 10-11:00pm or even later occasionally, so hope you don't mind that.

No heavy drinking at home preferred, I hardly drink alcohol myself, prefer ;). But no smoking allowed in the building.

I'm an aromatherapist/esthetician and commute to NYC daily. Born/raised in Tokyo, Japan, live here since late 80's.

Someone who don't mind taking shoes off at the entrance. :)

<Location>
The building is in the heart of Union city, NJ, across from 24 hour supermarket, right off Bergenline shopping street(but very quiet & cozy).

A bus stop to Manhattan or Hoboken is across the plaza behind the building(1-2 min walk). Bus to NY Port Authority comes every few minutes and runs 4am to midnight, takes about 10-20 minutes depending on the traffic.
Walking distance to Blvd East Hudson river park(15 min) for Manhattan/river view.
Shop-rite/Shopping Center is 5 min walk.

Chase, TD, Bank of America, Capital one, Wells Fargo are right around, Citi is in 10 min.
