I live in a shared apartment with my brother and his boyfriend.
I'm looking for a nice person to share my room.
The rent: does not include services like Wi-Fi and electricity bills, etc. (We share the bills and pay them apart)
Wi-Fi: Around $15 per person
Electricity: Around $45 per person, it can depend.
Bus station to/from NY a few blocks away.
We have a garage, laundry and dryer, elevator, TV.
We will have to share a bedroom, since the room is small, it can fit only a small mattress.
We have a cat.
Qualifications:
Clean, positive, helpful, kind, if you like to read is a plus (i love books and i have a nice bookshelf).
