About this room: This room is spacious enough to put a king-size bed with a dresser. This Room comes with two closets, one in the room and one in common area. This room has an ac with heat. You will share the bathroom with two other people and common areas with 3 others. We also have our own washer, dryer, and dishwasher, which is a blessing.

A little bit about us.

1. Women in her 30?s - Jewelry designer, working for a fashion company in Secaucus NJ and studying gemology, likes to cook, watch Tv, meditate and yoga.

2. Man in his 30?s - Software Engineer, working for a fashion company in Manhattan. Likes to travel but is manly a homebody, works out.

3. Man in his late 20?s - Security Engineer, working for a financial company in the world trade center. Likes to travel, watch sports and dance.

Age, culture, and religion is not an issue but we do respect and understand each other?s personal beliefs and space. This will include, not being loud and not bringing parties to the house. We have been living together for a year, we even hang out with each other, we don?t mind living with someone who is quiet and to themselves just as long as they are positive people. This is a smoke-free, drug-free house and we take this very seriously. We all value a peaceful, clean and respectful living environment. We all take turns cleaning the house. We are looking for someone who has the same values and is willing to contribute.

Room?s rent $900, utilities are around $60 with 1.5-month deposit and first-month rent. This is not a sublet, your name will be added to the lease. The move-in date is December 1, 2019. The prospective candidate must be making $40,000 annually and will have to be approved by management. This process can take up to 2 weeks. We are going to sign the lease on November 15, 2019.
