We are about to sign a lease for a three-bedroom apartment in Jersey City (The Heights area) for mid-October and are looking for a third roommate! The apartment is literally a block away from the light rail so those of you going to school and/or working in NYC or Hoboken, the commute is insanely convenient. The neighborhood is fun and cozy and conveniently located near the downtown area of The Heights for nightlife. It is also a 10-15 ride on train or car to downtown JC. If you want a quiet place to come home to, with the option to go out for fun, this is the place you are looking for! The apartment is completely renovated with brand new appliances and tons of closet storage. You'd be sharing a bathroom with only 1 other person and would have a private bedroom with a nice sized closet. There is a large common space and laundry is onsite in the basement. This place is a rare find for the price, space, and location!

My sister and I are in our late twenties, early thirties, and are looking for a third roommate to make our home complete. We both work during the day and generally are quiet at night when we are home. We are respectful of other people's personal schedules as well. We are generally pretty tidy in the common spaces and are looking for someone like that as well. We like to cook, hang out and relax, explore the city, chill with our friends in JC, and love going to concerts! If you are interested in living with us, we would love to hear from you. :)
