About us:
My name is Sara, I am a straight female, and I am 27. I work in the City and travel a lot for work (about 1-3 times a month). Noah is also 27 and is a gay male, he works in Summit NJ and has a car. We do have do spot available to rent, information below. We are both very fun people. We enjoy going out in Hoboken with our friends, but also enjoy a roomie night in. We are very easy going, relaxed people and would love to find a roommate that can fit right in with us.

About the Room:
This room is the middle sized room, with a good size double closet, with mirror doors. The bedroom currently has a queen size bed, plus extra furniture, with plenty of extra room. Bathroom shared with me (Sara). Bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub, and dual shower head.

About the Apartment:
This property is a 2 family home. We are on 1st floor (1 set of stairs). Easy commute to the city. The 119 bus, is one block away, and takes you straight to port authority or the light rail.
The whole apartment is furnished (minus your room).
There is a balcony in the back, attached to Noah and I's room, which is great for sitting outside on nice nights, and we love to grill!
