2 Roommates For 2 Rooms In Jersey City Heights

Male prof. is looking for 2 new roommates for 2 bedrooms in a spacious, open concept 3 bedroom unit. The building is new construction on a quiet, clean residential street in the heart of the Heights, and is very close to buses to the Light Rail, the Hoboken Path, Port Authority --- and Hoboken. It?s also close to the new bars and restaurants that are popping up in the area. On street parking is pretty good. The unit has 2 bathrooms, one of which is shared, and has central A/C/ heat.

My current housemates are leaving by the end of August, so the rooms would be available by September 1st. The landlord lives in New York (on the Island) and would not be a frequent presence.

I am quiet, non- smoking, am frequently out of town (4 days a week), and am usually in my room, working, when at home, so that the apt. really has more of a 2 person feel.

I?m seeking, easy ? going, responsible people, no drugs, no drama, etc. If people want to hang out in the area, that?s fine; if they prefer to chill at home, that?s fine, too. I play tennis and snowboard (can?t wait for the indoor park in Secaucus to open) and frequently visit one of the numerous local night spots.

Again, the rooms would be available as of Sept. 1st. 1 year lease., Sorry, no pets
