My roommate and I (Both females in our mid-twenties) are looking for a 3rd person to join us in our spacious 3 bedroom apartment in the hub of the Jersey City Heights.

The room is the Master, with decent closet space, great natural light and brand new carpet. Big enough for a King sized bed.

The common space is mostly furnished (with the move-outs there is currently no TV in the living room.) 1 shared bathroom and a laundromat is right across the street.

Great location for anyone commuting to the city. Only 1 mile from the JSQ and Hoboken Terminal/Path station, with trains to lower and mid-town Manhattan. The apartment is a short walking distance from multiple bus stops that goes to the PATH stations or Port Authority. You can be in the in 20-30 mins.

The apartment in smack dab in the middle of two main streets. There is a lot of shopping and delicious food options, plus a Stop and Shop is conveniently on the corner. The neighborhood is very safe and booming, Tons of new restaurants and cafes are popping up.

Utilities include wifi and PSEnG split evenly 3 ways.

Street parking is available by permit only and cost $15 for the whole year.
