Looking for someone great to share my beautiful, renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath duplex apartment in Jersey City Heights. Located within a 2 minute walk to Hoboken Stairs, close to new hip restaurants and a great Farmers Market with food trucks and yoga in the park on Sundays. Super convenient location with a grocery store across the street and convenient to NJ transit (right on a number of bus routes, close walk/bus to PATH and Light Rail).

The apartment is well maintained and renovated by a great landlord and extends over 2 floors (1st floor and garden level) with high ceilings, ceiling fans, and hardwood floors. The available bedroom is on the main floor (I personally think it?s the best room in the house) with two tall windows looking out over our backyard, so it gets lots of light. Washer, dryer, and dishwasher are all in the apartment.

I'd love to have another dog in the apartment, assuming it?s well trained and non-aggressive.
