Room Available July 1 in Sunny spacious apartment

We are looking for a new responsible and friendly roommate for our 3 bed/ 2 bath apartment in Jersey City heights. Centrally located to the stairs and elevator - less than a ten minute walk to the HBLR light rail and 3 minute walk to NJ Transit bus stop, which will take you to the path train/city/lots of other places.

The apartment is large with an ample kitchen and living space. Your bedroom (pictured) is a good size - fits a queen size bed, dresser, night stand, and bookshelf. Includes a large closet, window, and high ceilings. You'd share a bathroom with one other roommate (female). Apartment is on the top floor of a duplex and includes washer and dryer in unit, small balcony, and shared driveway.

We are two females in our late 20's / early 30's who both work full time in the city and, on occasion, work from home. We like the apartment to be a retreat from stress by keeping it a clean, cozy, and respectful place. We are way past our party days, but enjoy a glass of wine together on occasion and are looking for someone much the same. We get along very well and are looking to continue a fun and friendly atmosphere at home, while of course respecting each other's privacy.

Move in date is July 1st. You'd need to sign onto the 8 month lease which expires March 31st, with option to renew. Rent is $868 plus utilities. Credit report and security deposit required.
