1 private bedroom (comes unfurnished) temporary sublet available in 3bdrm/2bath available from aug. 22nd - Sept 30th in luxury apartment Xchange at Secaucus Junction, $600 per month + $700 security deposit to move-in (there may also be a move-in fee fyi), a huge steal for this price. $75 extra per month to access the 4 floors of amenities with pool, sauna, steam room and gym/yoga studio, and game rooms (just tons of amenities). The train station is a 10min walk away ($20/month for the shuttle to the station can be purchased if you need) and 1 quick painless train stop to Manhattan midtown. Everything is completely brand new with in-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher, all new appliances etc and you would have a parking spot available to you.

The current roommates are a nurse who has the master bedroom and has access to the private bath, a graphic designer and security engineer who live together, and our third roommate who is moving out to go to Yale, you would be subletting her room which is 11'6" to 14'0" including the closet. Everyone is friendly and pitches in to help keep things clean.
