Main space is semi furnished, room will be unfurnished, no bed/desk.

Kitchen is fully equipped dishwasher, toaster, microwave, gas range, etc. Building has coin laundry in basement. Central AC/heat, responsive building management. Parking space available for additional fee.

Previous roommate is moving in with their partner. I’m a late 20’s tech professional. I work from home currently from my room. I mostly like to cook, hang out, watch sports and unwind from work. Occasionally I like to host boardgames nights.
