Room in HUGE brownstone, steps to grove path!

I have a room available in an absolutely gorgeous (pictures don't do it justice!) apartment in Jersey City. It has a large dining room, huge kitchen, and even huger living room. We also have a front room/guest bedroom for occasional visitors. Both the apartment and the room get beautiful light, especially in the winter when the trees are bare. Very high ceilings. We have access to a backyard as well.

We have a bike room in the basement.

There will be a total of three people living in the apartment.

Heat and hot water are included, we pay electricity and internet. We also get a cleaning person to come once a month or once every two months (negotiable based on preferences),

About you: Young, career-oriented professional. POC/LGB welcome. Able to sign a year long lease.

House rules: No smoking, no pets, no drugs, no extensive/loud parties (neighbors will complain), no extensive use of curry (google "apartment curry damage" to see what I am afraid of - my friend lost her deposit). Don't leave dishes in the sink.
