Garage parking available and for clean clothes there is a laundry and dryer machine on every floor!

A lot of great food spots around the area and a White Castle open 24 hours...just in case.

Walmart Superstore open 24 hours, just a 5 minute walk and a large hill away!

About me: I am a 28 year old guy, working in New York. Very clean, friendly and laid back. I like to cook dinner once in a while, order from seamless from the delicious food spots around, go out to eat and very rarely, end up in those "just in case" moments, and White Castle it (whatever). Occasionally I go out on the weekends, but also enjoy hanging in, having a drink and watching a movie or just hanging with friends.

Rent is $1,000 + utilities (not bad).. Kitchen and living room will come furnished, as well as a bed for your bedroom!
