Awesome Riverfront Apartment with Balcony

This is an awesome one bedroom apartment that I'm giving up due to work relocation. I'm looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease (ends May 5th 2019). I am sure it would be possible to extend or negotiate a longer lease with the landlord if required. Ideally I am looking for someone to take over the lease from September 1st 2018, but I'm open to negotiation.

The apartment is huge, well decorated and has a fantastic balcony which is perfect for grilling and entertaining. I'm throwing in the electric grill and patio furniture for anyone who takes the lease as I cannot take them to my new place.

All other furniture within the apartment will be removed, but I'm open to offers if you want to take them off my hands.

The apartment has all the amenities you'd expect from a modern apartment but also has the benefit of an in-apartment washer/dryer which is super-convenient.

The apartment is in the Aquablu building with recently renovated gym, communal lounge and a roof deck. Residents also have access to the pool on the adjacent rooftop for a small daily fee.

The apartment is located in Newport and is a short walk to both Newport and Hoboken PATH stations.
