Huge Bedroom in McGinley Square

This is NOT an ad for a whole apartment. This is just for a single, private bedroom and roommate. Huge bedroom w/ all utilities (including fios wifi), cleaning service every two weeks and access to a large, private backyard included!

Me: I'm a quiet, clean, educated, stable, Indian woman. I use the smallest bedroom in the apartment as my home office. I live downstairs with my husband and daughter so I'm generally only in the apartment during work hours on the weekdays. My family remains in the downstairs apartment.

You: COUPLES THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST, BUT THIS IS FOR ONE PERSON ONLY. As we will be sharing the common areas of the apartment including the bathroom I'm only looking for another quiet, clean, educated, stable woman please.

Bedroom: The bedroom is enormous. It's about 15 ½ feet by 11 ½ feet with a huge 5 foot by 4 foot closet. There is a queen size bed in the room with an easy chair, office chair and desk available if you like. Also, a twin size bed is available if you prefer that.

Apartment/House: The apartment is the top floor of a small brick row house on a quiet block. It has its own private entrance separate from the downstairs apartment. It has a beautiful, recently renovated kitchen with a Bosch dishwasher and large skylights. It has central air and central heat.

This also comes with personal access to our huge backyard by way of a shared driveway on the side of the house. We have a charcoal grill you can use as well. This is only for you and *not* for hosting guests please.

Unfortunately, because the apartment is shared with myself and another roommate no pets are allowed.

As mentioned above our cleaning lady will come through the apartment once every two weeks to deep clean the kitchen and bathroom. This is included at no extra cost, but daily maintenance on your part is expected.

Neighborhood: McGinley Square is a super diverse neighborhood with easy access (~2/3 mile walk) to the Journal Square PATH station. Plenty of great produce shops for cheap, fresh food. Plenty of great restaurants for carryout / delivery from whatever continent you choose.

We're right in the center of JC: Grove Street is a ~1 mile walk, the downtown waterfront is a ~2 mile walk and Liberty State Park is ~1.5 miles.

Available September 1. First, last and security. Minimum initial commitment of three months after which it can be month to month. Renter's Insurance required please.
