About the roommates:
You’ll be living in a carefree, smoke and pet free environment with 3 other diverse young female professionals (20s - early 30s). We are clean, friendly, and mostly stay in our own room. We organize ourselves with assigned common storage spaces, and a signed roommates agreement in addition to the lease. You’ll get your own bedroom. The common spaces such as living room and kitchen are furnished with comfortable seating, big screen TV and nice dinning set.

Roommates in this apartment must complete a renter’s application, pass background and credit check requirements. Desired roommates are professional, clean, respectful of others, have good credit history, no pets, non-smoker, emotionally stable and generally play well with others.
