On site laundry and Super. Apartment is on second floor. Elevator in building.

15 minute walk to Journal Square PATH station -- 11 minute ride to World Trade Center, 25 minutes to 33rd street, Manhattan. St Peter's University is around the corner.

We are two young professionals who work regular schedules.
