Spacious Private Room Only 10 Min Walk to JSQ PATH

The Journal Square PATH Station is a 10 minute walk up the street. It is only a 20 minute ride to the World Trade Center and 30 minutes to Mid-Town. The room is the Master Bedroom in a beautifully restored Victorian home. The room is located on the third floor. There is a separate entrance on the second floor. The bedroom has two separate doors with locks on each door to ensure privacy.

The room has an alcove containing a brand new 7.5 cu. ft. stainless steel refrigerator, a brand new stainless steel microwave, and a wood block counter top on wheels. The bathroom is newly renovated and painted with all new fixtures and original extra large claw-foot tub. The bathroom is shared by only one other person.

The first floor has been recently renovated and has a common kitchen and living room. There is a washer and dryer on the first floor as well as a small back yard. I have two cats.
