- Luxury Condo. Elevators are fast unlike rentals
- Pool is unfortunately closed already :-(
- Building has gym, quiet rooms and Pool table
- I've lived in the building for a few years now and know the concierge well. They are very helpful

Move in
- Welcome to move in anytime after Oct 3rd
- Move in is Oct 3rd because current short-term housemate (prior one lost their job and we found a sub-lease) is leaving Oct 3rd
- If you absolutely have to move by Oct 1st, we can work something out

- I am in my 30s and am a lead at a big tech company
- I am pretty chill & quiet
- Happy to hangout with housemates
- Open to any ideas about making the space better like investing in new furniture etc.
