Its a 3 bedroom apartment, currently 2 bedroom are available with and without shared bathroom in this large, and 1,700 sq. ft. apartment in 131 Webster Ave Jersey City, NJ. We have closets, central AC, dishwasher, In house washer and dryer, Internet, etc. Good street parking where visitors can also park. The house is within walkable distance to the gym, parks, grocery shops, and other marketplaces. Utilities are approximately $150 per month, which we’d split 3 ways. Water is included in rent! Basically, we have all the amenities of living in a city without worrying about parking.

The Roommates:

Any ages, gender or nationalities are welcome. Personal Cooking at your preferences, Working environment 9-5 & Strictly non smokers please.
