I am renting a nicely furnished room in my home. It is average sized, as you can see in the photos. (Not small or large.) It has a very comfortable queen-sized platform bed, which has drawer storage space built in. The closet space is well situated and spacious. The room has a window and other amenities (which are listed below).

COMMUTER'S DREAM —
Easy fast commute to anywhere in Manhattan, Exchange Place, Newport Mall, JSQ, Hoboken... bus stops are steps away, 20-30mins to NYCity (Midtown and Downtown). 10 minutes via bus to Journal Square (0.8 mile). Hoboken is 1.8 miles from here.)

RENT IS: $750 per month. Everything (heat, electric, high speed internet) is included.

BEDROOM:
Your room is a Furnished Master bedroom.
~ Queen sized platform bed with storage drawers.
~ Microwave.
~Small fridge.
~very well-situated and spacious closet.
~ High Speed Internet.
~Desk and chair.

NOTE: Your room is setup with all of these amenities because this is a room rental — not a full home share.

BATHROOM:
We will share the large newly renovated bathroom (please see photo).

OTHER RENTER —
I have young lady who just moved into the Master Bedroom as of December 1st. She has her own small bathroom.

6 month minimum lease.

ME: I Am easygoing. I Am Bi-Lingual — English and Spanish Speaking. I’m seasoned (i. e., I have grandchildren). I’m healthy and outgoing. I’m well-educated. I’m busy. I’m friendly, but I also like my space and will certainly respect your privacy.

GREAT NEIGHBORHOOD—
One block to Central Ave. with lots of restaurants, bars, stores, supermarket, drugstores, parks, bars, laundromats, tennis courts, running track, gyms and much more. This is a friendly, safe and secure neighborhood.

MOVE IN—
One month's security deposit plus the first month's rent = $1,500 total.
