The we expect 6 months commitment however can consider month to month rental for 100 $ extra fee.
We expect a credit score of 680 and 1 month deposit or if you have less than 680 ,one and a half month deposit.
We prefer non smokers and no pets in order to respect global hygiene of the place,

The visits will start after the place is renovated but we already take applications now.
