About location: 2 minutes walk-in to Newport Path station, 15 minutes door to door to Manhattan. Waterfront, can see hudson river and lower manhattan.
About room: basic furniture in living room, unfurnished in the bedroom.
About fee: utilities and internet are shared. Around 100 per month.
