10 minute walk to the grove street path into Manhattan. Blocks away from downtown with plenty of restaurants and nightlife. Street parking available.
Term is until 10/1 but with options to renew lease. With the exception of the pandemic I am often working a lot as a culinary professional in the city. My current roommate and I don?t often see each other due to work and have our own privacy most of the time. I?m a pretty easy going guy, respectful of others space and super easy to get along with.
