Jersey City Room for Rent

Two male engineer roommates (upper 20s), wanting male roommate. $750 a month with internet included (no cable), utilities separate but average $40. 1400 sq ft town house apartment. Located on second floor. Main area is fully furnished (welcome to upgrades if you got anything), bedroom is not. 10ft x 10ft bedroom with closet. Shared full bathroom with single roommate. Security deposit is $1050 (based off 1/3 cost when first moved in 5 years ago). I am not the landlord, but I work directly as the point person. Landlord requires tenant application form (proof of employment and consent to credit check). No smoking allowed.
