We are looking for a roommate to fill in our master bedroom in our 3bd Newport luxury apartment! This spacious room comes with its own private bathroom AND has massive windows with views of the city skyline! ????And the amazing part of the story is that the common room is already mostly furnished by us.

Requirements:
First-month security deposit
Minimum 6 months, and then after that we can discuss if you?d like to extend the lease or not! The sublease would ideally start in end-Jan/start-Feb with the option to extend.
Rent is $1350+Utilities

Move in date: Feb 1st (we can discuss)
